How can I sell you my watch and purchase one from you?
Just contact us through our inquiry form, send a photo and brief description of the available equipment and our staff will provide a trade-in proposal for consideration.
How can I purchase a watch listed on your site?
Simply contact us and inform us how you intend to proceed with payment and upon actual receipt we will proceed to ship the watch by secure and traceable courier.
Are the watches for sale guaranteed?
Our clocks are always guaranteed on overall originality and good working order.
Is it possible to view the watches in the store?
Just bring us your watch and a free repair estimate will be prepared by our technicians, which you can accept or reject.
(Ref. Art.15 Legislative Decree No.185 of 22/05/99). Purchases concluded on TimeKeeper.watch are regulated by Legislative Decree 185 of May 22, 1999. The buyer may withdraw from the contract by written notice by registered mail AR to be sent to TimeKeeper Srl - Via Cola di Rienzo 21B 00192 ROMA within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. The communication may also be made by telegram or fax to the number (0697615541) provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt. In-store viewing is always possible after advance contact as not all watches are in the store.
